The room was nicely furnished, included hypo-allergenic pillows. It had great facilities in the bathroom: a shower, a hairdryer, and bath robes. The location was amazing - next to the funicular, the ski slopes and the local montana shopping, areas near the Reception, and Montana town centre, Crans centre on foot, golf course and central ski lifts.

Although everything was good, some of the staff were not professional.

The hotel was excellent, enjoyed mountain view from our family suite. The restaurant was nice for breakfast, we ordered freshly cooked dishes. Soft beds, the staff were fantastic.

Comforts of well-appointed and nicely furnished room with kitchenette were fabulous. Location: the hotel was next to the funicular, the ski slopes and the local montana shopping, the airport and the Helvetia Intergolf in Montana. The outdoor restaurant for breakfast and dinner was the best part.

I absolutely loved the decoration of the hotel, especially the cozy and warm atmosphere in the general areas. It made me feel right at home. The accessibility for senior people was also excellent, with easy access to the main areas of the hotel and the option for a room on a lower floor. It was perfect for someone like me who values comfort and convenience.

The only thing I would have asked for a better vacation for senior people is more patience and understanding from the children working there. Sometimes, they seemed a bit rushed and inattentive to the needs of older guests.

the hotel offers particularly good and unbeatable location close to crans-montana downtown. the venue has airy and great-sized rooms with a view of the mountains and full kitchen, as for instance. the staff are amiable and offer wake up service and ironing free of charge.

We had a fantastic weekend at Hotel Helvetia Intergolf. The staff truly went above and beyond to accommodate all our requests, making us feel comfortable and welcome. The room we stayed in was enormous, more like a suite, with separate living, dining, and kitchen areas. It even had two bathrooms! The location was perfect, close to the ski station and skating ring. The hotel provided great amenities for families, including a kids' playroom and a pool open until 8:00 pm. The delicious food in the restaurant was an added bonus. We definitely know where to stay if we come back next year for the race event. Thank you for helping us have a memorable stay!

The hotel was ideal and clean, had magnificent views on the mountains. We got a room with a tub. The location of the property was favourable, in areas near the Reception. There was an outdoor restaurant nearby.

It offers large breakfasts for all tastes. The location it offers is good, adjacent to Montana town centre, Crans centre on foot, golf course and central ski lifts and the mountains and the village. Montana district deserves your attention.

Cleanliness and hygiene were impeccable - with hand sanitizers readily available. The location was perfect - just a stone's throw away from the ski lifts. The reception staff went above and beyond - providing valuable local insights and assisting with activity planning. The service was exceptional - with a dedicated pet-friendly setup for our furry friend

I would have preferred a more considerate attitude from the staff members, especially towards senior guests. It would have been nice if the children working there had been more attentive to our needs, ensuring a smoother and more enjoyable vacation experience for us.

I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness and cleanliness of my room at Helvetia Intergolf. The superior room I chose promised a beautiful view of the valley and mountains, although the weather didn't cooperate. Nevertheless, I enjoyed having a drink on the small deck, watching the clouds roll in. The bathtub was also a luxurious touch, perfect for a relaxing soak. The recently renovated room had a modern design, in contrast to the slightly dated public spaces. The included breakfast buffet offered a variety of options and was continuously refreshed. I highly recommend Helvetia Intergolf, and my wife and I are already planning a return visit.
